I went with the SkyTrak with protective case and the 9’x9′ Preferred Finished Golf Impact Screen. I can only imagine the premium screen is incredibly nice because the preferred looks and works great. In conclusion, if you want accuracy and dont mind paying out of pocket, this is perfect. If you want cheap and dont care too much about precision, go with optishot.

For the money, I would give Sky Trak a 4 star review for the actual simulator. It works well with my IOS and has nice graphics. I think it is challenging to align and keep aligned. That said, when it is aligned I find it to be very accurate and it matches my on course distances and shot shapes. CHALLENGE SkyTrak makes practice fun with skill-building games and multi-player challenges.
Would give this more than 5 stars if able; incredible hand at impact position feel. My biggest amazement is how quickly this transferred to the game. I went from picking the ball clean to dollar bill divots in front of the ball with good compression within the 1st range visit. There is so much good information and tips in it that I am reading it again and again to take it all in. I broke one with a 5 iron but the ball had sustained plenty of hits prior to splitting.

The universal hanging bracket for the Optoma projector was tedious and I need to buy longer screws to secure it to the projector. The installation of the frame and enclosure was very easy to assemble using two people. My only issue was the length of the legs that I did not take into account. I was concerned that the preferred screen wouldn’t be thick enough to absorb shots well, but not the case at all. Just give the net about a foot or so behind of room to absorb the shot impacts. The SkyTrak has been really fun and I’ve only really used like 20% of the functionality.
